Do you include
images?
Yes,
all of my wedding packages include a DVD disc with the processed
images. With full day coverage I normally provide over 400
images on the disc. All images provided are adjusted for
exposure, color balance and detail. The images are full size and
can be printed up to 20" X 30". A copyright release is included
with the disc.
What is
required to book?
A deposit and signed contract are required
for booking. Dates are filled on a first
come, first served basis. Final payment is due
on or before the wedding day.
How long before I
can see my images?
Your images will be available to see on-line within 1-2 weeks.
Shortly after the images are finished your album pages will be
placed online for viewing and editing. The next step is to print
the final wedding albums. This typically
takes from 6 to 8 weeks once the album design is approved.
How far do you
travel?
I cover the central California area from
Bakersfield, to the Bay Area and from the beach to
Yosemite national park. I do not charge travel fees in this
area. Outside of this area I charge a small travel fee.
How much
experience do you have?
I have been a professional photographer for over 11 years. This
includes corporate commercial work and sporting events all over
the united states. 2010 is the 4th year that I have been doing
wedding photography.
What equipment
do you use?
I shoot using pro level Nikon cameras, lenses and lighting
equipment. These top of the line cameras allow me to capture
those special moments in just about any lighting situation. Be
it a dark church with no flash photography or a outside
nighttime reception be assured that I will have no problem
capturing your special moments.
Do you have
backup equipment?
Yes, In additional to my primary cameras I always bring backup
equipment to guard against failures. This allows me
to continue to cover your special day no matter what happens.
This includes spare lenses, additional batteries, extra memory
cards and flash units. I bring enough batteries and memory cards
at each event to shoot two back to back weddings.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Some event sites and churches require photographers to carry
liability insurance and won't allow uninsured photographers to
cover events at their location. Chris Geiger Photography is
fully insured. Certificates of Insurance are available for event
sites upon request. Do you have
an assistant?
I am very comfortable covering weddings by myself. Looking at my
sample galleries you can see the number of detail photo I am able
to capture along with the highlights of the day. My wedding
packages include 8 hours of coverage. By spending a full day
covering your wedding I am able to capture the small details
between the major events of the day. I am happy to provide a
second, qualified photographer if you wish. The cost for an
additional photographer for the day is $500.
Are you a member
of any national photography organizations?
I am a member of the WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers
International) and PPA (Professional Photographers of America).
I am also recognized by NPS (Nikon Professional Service) as a
full time wedding photography professional. |
